All events are listed in US East Coast Time. However, we are constantly adding events for those on the West Coast, as well as for those in Europe, Asia, and Australia. If you're looking for a custom time, all of our live seminars are available privately as well. To request a private Conversation, please contact us

We release new content weekly. Check back 1-2 weeks in advance for the upcoming calendar. To schedule something privately or further out, please contact us.

All of our events are held over Zoom. After you confirm your booking, you will receive an email on the day of the event 30 minutes before the Conversation begins with the link to join the Zoom meeting. You can join the meeting from your computer or tablet running Windows or macOS. We highly recommend you to create a Zoom account prior to the event.

Yes, as of January 22, 2021, Context Conversations now offers client accounts on our website. Please note, at this time, this accounts page will only show your Context Conversations orders and not your Context Travel orders, those will still be available on the Context Travel website. For questions related to Context Travel, please contact info@contexttravel.com.

Context Conversations are live! Although questions are encouraged throughout the presentation, we will leave 15 to 30 minutes at the end of the session for discussion and questions.

Our live seminars typically run for 90 minutes, including Q&A. Our private Conversations start at 90 minutes, but we have options available for you ranging from an abridged 60 minute session to a multi-course package.

Yes, the meeting room is open to late arrivals. Almost all conversations will be recorded and sent to everyone who signed up for the event, regardless of attendance. Therefore, if you have signed up for a Conversation and arrive late, you will now receive a link to view a recording of that event within 1 business day.

Each ticket admits one guest. We ask if you have more than one viewer that you purchase multiple tickets so that we can provide a fair experience to all our guests. Have a big group? Contact us about a Private Conversation tailored specifically to your group.

Almost all Context Conversations will be recorded. All participants in the Conversation, regardless of attendance, will automatically receive a link to view the recording within 1 business day of the event. The link will expire after 7 days. 

A small number of our experts have requested for their Conversations not to be recorded. If this is the case, a notice will be included in the description of the event on our website. 

If you were unable to attend and have any questions for the expert after watching the recording, please feel free to send them to us here, and we will be happy to forward your questions to the expert.

No refunds will be offered for ticketed events. However, if you contact us 24+ hours in advance of the event, we would be glad to credit you for a future Conversation. No refunds or credits will be offered for those who are late and subsequently miss the event.

Our experts have been hit particularly hard by COVID, and we love our clients wanting to support them. You can tip your expert when you checkout. 100% of tips are passed directly to the expert. If you are purchasing multiple seminars, tips will be divided amongst the experts equally. We are unable to provide tips once your Conversation has been purchased, so please remember to submit your tip for the expert when you checkout.

Absolutely! Gift cards can be purchased here. Gift cards are good for 365 days from the date of purchase. 

Context Conversations are generally scheduled between the hours of 11:00 AM ET and 9:00 PM ET 7-days per week. Please note, that our client experience team is available for assistance via email 7-days per week between the hours of 9:00 AM ET and 6:00 PM ET.
