All events are listed in US East Coast Time. However, we are constantly adding events for those on the West Coast, as well as for those in Europe, Asia, and Australia. If you're looking for a custom time, all of our live seminars are available privately as well.

We release new content weekly. Check back 1 week in advance for the following week's calendar. To schedule something privately or further out, please contact us.

After you confirm your booking, you'll receive an email 30 minutes before the event with the join link. You can join the Conversation from your computer or tablet running Windows or macOS. All of our events are held over Zoom. We highly recommend you to create a Zoom account prior to the event. 

Context Conversations are live! Although questions are encouraged throughout the presentation, we will leave 15 to 30 minutes at the end of the session for discussion and questions.

Our live seminars run for approximately 90 minutes, including Q&A. Our Private Conversations start at 90 minutes, but we have options available for you ranging from an abridged 60 minute session to a multi-course package.

The meeting room is open to late arrivals 15 minutes after the start time. After that, the room will be closed for the remainder of the event.

Each ticket admits one guest. We ask if you have more than one viewer that you purchase multiple tickets so that we can provide a fair experience to all our guests. Have a big group? Contact us about a Private Conversation tailored specifically to your group.

Out of respect for the proprietary information developed and presented by our experts, we are not recording our Conversations, and ask that our clients not record them either. We are working to develop a library of past events which will be available in the coming months.

No refunds will be offered for ticketed events, however, if you contact us 24 hours in advance of the event we would be glad to credit you for a future Conversation. The meeting room will close 15 minutes into the event. No refunds or credits will be offered for those who are late and subsequently miss the event.

Our experts have been hit particularly hard by COVID and we love our clients wanting to support them. We're working on building tipping capabilities into our new site.
