Seemed to be a struggle with time management as there was literally a lot of ground to cover and much time was spent on videos which could have been emailed to us ie cows, how cheese was made. Maybe it’s because I’ve been in other Context webinars with tons of slides, small video snippets, where more was learned about the actual country.
This is inherently interesting and beautiful material. I teach part-time at a University in Washington DC. One thing I always counsel my students before they do a presentation is "practice, practice, practice", because if not they will either not finish in their allotted time, or else they Amy even underpin. I would advise Jenny the same way. She filled up her 90 minutes, with no time for Q&A, and clearly had left material behind. I would also counsel against the use of so many videos -- they are often rather long, and always take as long to load as they do to run. Finally, she would do well to avoid a white slide with a few words on which she then reads to us. She has a lot to offer, but I would hope to see more of her and less of the videos, and more visuals of the coast and its villages and buildings, and fewer promos.
